First Come, First Serve.

I do not ship, or provide phone transactions. You must be present to purchase items.

No walkers are allowed at the sale.

Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.

Golden Bear Estate Liquidation does not create, manage or police the entry list. GBEL recommends being near the entrance and ready to queue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled opening time.

Sales tax will be collected: Alameda = %. Please note: Resale permits are not accepted at sales.

Rain or Shine!

If you wish to buy an item, put your name & telephone number on the price tag. This means you are planning on buying the item. This is not a hold, but a sold item.

Please bring your own bag/box/paper. As we often have little to offer.

IMPORTANT: Please bring help if you plan to buy large pieces. There will not be any help available to move items. I will not sell an item if cannot be moved safely. Items must be removed on the sale date. Lugg is a good service for moving items.

All items are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We are not responsible for items left behind/unattended.

Do not enter marked off areas or doors.

Be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways.

No parking in driveway.

House is alarmed.
