Bear did great work organizing and conducting an estate sale on my uncle's house in El Cerrito.  He spent about two weeks before the sale organizing the contents of the home, identifying the items mostly likely to sell and staging them in a manner that made it easy for customers to move through the home and see what was available.  He worked with my schedule during the setup period, which allowed me to handle the private sale of my uncle's stamp collection.  Prior to the sale, he posted photos of the available items that resulted in a great attendance at the sale. My experience using this company to do my family's estate sale was very positive. I found this five-star company on yelp, and they stay true to their rating. They are professional, prompt, honest (sometimes brutally), and communicate the whole way through the process. He shows up on schedule and will give an honest evaluation, and I found it to be pretty accurate. Keep in mind that nothing is going to turn out exactly perfect, but with the amount of stuff we were dealing with, it went pretty smooth. He also has a huge following and email list, so a very large number of people showed up. The only complaint (neighbor) was that the neighborhood was very busy, lots of cars, but thankfully there's pretty good parking around there. He's very professional and polite. Great job!!
